TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS

By accessing or using The Creator List, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. WHAT THE PLATFORM DOES

The Creator List is a Roblox-focused discovery and connection platform. It helps creators and commissioners create accounts, build public profiles, browse profiles and project listings, message each other, leave ratings and reviews, and use paid visibility features such as Pro.

The Creator List is not an employer, staffing agency, broker, escrow provider, or payment processor for user-to-user commission work.

3. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the platform.
• If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or guardian.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account.
• We may require Roblox account linking to use parts of the platform or to continue using an account created with email authentication.

4. ACCOUNT LINKING AND IDENTITY

Some platform features rely on linked Roblox identity. When you connect Roblox, you authorise us to use the account information returned through our authentication flow to operate your account and display profile identity signals on the platform.

You must not impersonate another person, misrepresent your Roblox identity, or create misleading profiles, portfolios, reviews, ratings, projects, or communications.

5. USER CONTENT AND PUBLIC PROFILES

You keep ownership of the content you submit, including profile text, portfolio images, project details, links, reviews, messages, and other materials you upload or publish.

By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate, secure, improve, and promote the platform.

You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to upload the content you post and that your content does not violate another person’s privacy, intellectual property, or contractual rights.

6. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You must not:

• Use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful purposes.
• Harass, threaten, scam, exploit, or impersonate other users.
• Post misleading rates, fake reviews, fake portfolio work, or false project opportunities.
• Upload malware, phishing links, or code intended to damage or disrupt the service.
• Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, or interfere with platform security.
• Use automated systems in a way that overloads or degrades the service.
• Use the platform to distribute sexually explicit material, hate speech, illegal content, or content promoting self-harm or violence.

7. PROJECTS, MESSAGING, AND USER AGREEMENTS

The Creator List helps users discover each other and start conversations. Any project scope, price, timeline, deliverables, milestones, payment terms, revision terms, cancellation terms, or IP assignment terms are agreed directly between users.

We are not a party to those agreements and do not guarantee that any user will complete work, pay on time, respond, or act professionally.

You are solely responsible for deciding who to work with and what off-platform payment, contract, or delivery process to use.

8. PAYMENTS AND PRO SUBSCRIPTIONS

The platform may offer paid features, including Pro subscriptions and other visibility-related features. Pricing, billing interval, and included benefits are shown at checkout or in billing flows when you subscribe.

• Billing for subscriptions is handled through our payment and billing providers.
• Subscription benefits may include profile visibility benefits, Pro badge display, and monthly Pro boost hours or related visibility allowances.
• Benefits may change over time as the product evolves.

Except where required by law, paid fees are non-refundable once the paid digital service has started.

9. RATINGS, REVIEWS, REPORTS, AND MODERATION

Users may be able to leave ratings, reviews, block users, or submit reports. Reviews and ratings must be honest and based on real interactions.

We may review content, investigate reports, remove content, limit visibility, suspend features, or terminate accounts where we believe there is abuse, fraud, policy violation, legal risk, or platform safety risk.

We are not required to publish, retain, or restore any specific profile, review, message, project listing, or piece of content.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The platform software, branding, layout, text, graphics, and other platform materials, excluding user-submitted content, are owned by or licensed to The Creator List and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11. DISCLAIMERS

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND SECURITY.

We do not guarantee profile accuracy, identity authenticity beyond the signals we display, project quality, creator quality, commissioner reliability, payment outcomes, uninterrupted availability, or that the platform will be error-free.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE CREATOR LIST WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOST BUSINESS, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL.

Our total liability arising out of or relating to the platform or these Terms will not exceed the greater of £100 or the amount you paid us for paid services in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

13. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the platform, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, created legal or safety risk, or misused the service. You may also stop using the platform at any time.

14. CHANGES TO THE PLATFORM OR TERMS

We may update the platform, its features, its pricing, or these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.

15. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If a dispute arises, the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except where consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings in another part of the United Kingdom.
